At VELVET VOGUE, every garment is crafted with uncompromising attention to material and cut. We want you to be completely captivated by your selection. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
To qualify for a refund or size exchange, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in pristine original condition
• With all security ribbons and designer tags intact
• In original luxury presentation packaging and dustbag

For Greater Colombo clients, we offer complimentary doorstep courier collection. Clients across Sri Lanka may also hand over packages at our Ward Place Atelier or return via insured registered courier.

Refund Processing in LKR
Once inspected and approved by our quality specialists, refunds are promptly processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.):
• Online Card Payments (Visa / Mastercard / Amex): Credited to your issuing bank within 3–7 business days.
• Bank Transfers / FriMi / Koko: Reimbursed directly to your account within 2 business days.
• Velvet Vogue Store Credit: Issued instantly to your client account with an extra 5% luxury VIP bonus.

All Velvet Vogue orders are prepared and carefully packaged by hand at our Colombo 07 Flagship Atelier. In-stock garments are dispatched within 24 hours of order verification. Custom-tailored pieces require 3–5 business days for atelier finishing.
Sri Lanka Islandwide Delivery
• Greater Colombo (Colombo 01–15): Same-day or next-day express delivery (Flat Rs. 650, or complimentary for orders exceeding Rs. 30,000).
• Colombo Suburbs & Western Province: 1–2 business days via dedicated courier.
• Islandwide Delivery (All 25 Districts): 2–3 business days via our premium insured logistics partners (Domex, Pronto, Certis Lanka Express).
Real-time tracking links and SMS updates are sent to your mobile number as soon as your parcel is on route.
International Global Shipping
We deliver internationally worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. Typical delivery timeframe is 4–7 business days globally to the UK, United States, UAE, Australia, and the European Union.
Currency & Transparent Pricing
All prices across our website, catalogs, and invoices are officially quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.). For international credit cards, transactions are billed in LKR and seamlessly converted by your issuing bank at current market exchange rates without hidden merchant surcharges.

2. Legal Status & Invoicing
Velvet Vogue is an incorporated private limited company under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 of Sri Lanka. All purchases include an official electronic tax commercial invoice downloadable from our administrative portal.
3. Artisanal Garment Craftsmanship
Each design is produced in limited capsule collections using premium grade silks, bonded satins, Japanese acetate, and fine suiting wools. Due to artisanal hand-draping and tailoring, delicate individual nuances are hallmarks of authentic couture craftsmanship.
4. Pricing & Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR) Standard
Prices are denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.). We reserve the right to revise catalog prices based on fabric import fluctuations. The price at the moment of checkout confirmation remains binding.
5. Governing Law
These terms and all contractual relationships shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The commercial courts of Colombo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Where is the Velvet Vogue Atelier located?
Our flagship luxury boutique and couture atelier is situated at No. 42, Ward Place, Colombo 07, Sri Lanka (00700) in the heart of Cinnamon Gardens. Clients are warmly welcomed to explore our latest runway collections, request personalized fittings with our stylists, or collect online orders in person.
2. What currency are prices shown in?
All merchandise is priced in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.). International clients paying with foreign currency cards (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, AED, SGD) will be billed in LKR and converted seamlessly by their card issuer at favorable daily exchange rates.
3. What is the return and refund policy?
We provide a 14-day return and exchange guarantee from the date of package delivery. All returned items must remain unworn, unaltered, with original designer tags and luxury packaging intact. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method in LKR, or provided as immediate store credit with a 5% bonus.
4. How does islandwide delivery work in Sri Lanka?
We deliver to every town and district across all 25 provinces in Sri Lanka:
• Colombo 01–15: Same-day dispatch with next-day guaranteed courier delivery (Rs. 650, free over Rs. 30,000).
• Western Province & Suburbs: 1–2 business days.
• Outstation & Islandwide (Kandy, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, Jaffna, Negombo, etc.): 2–3 business days via insured express couriers.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Velvet Vogue ships to over 90 countries worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. Most global destinations receive their garments within 4–7 business days with end-to-end flight tracking.
